Description Allie White 2017-12-10 16:19:51 UTC
Everything is delayed and I have to minimize the window just to see what I've done.I'm on a Windows 10 by the way.

Hi Allie,

Please check https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Krita_starts_with_a_black_or_blank_canvas_and_nothing_changes_when_you_try_to_draw.2Fshows_a_black_or_blank_screen_on_my_Windows_system_with_an_Intel_GPU

And see whether enabling the opengl renderer, or the Angle renderer, or disabling canvas acceleration altogether makes a difference.
