As the title describes the list items of ComboBox at PlasmaComponents3 arent highlighted at all on hovering

I think I could fix this but I cant make a PlasmaComponents3.ComboBox work in my system because it creates a crash: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387739
