That's *sort of* useful, provided one is cognizant of quite a number of assumptions implied.

Where are the radeon devs? A URL perhaps? An IRC #channel? How many bugzilla variant sites am I already a member of, even if they keep pretending they never heard of me because of some silly pretension of password rotation necessity?

Some us may have been *using* linux very happily for 15 years, but we might not all be coders, right? 

So now you get this new filing of a (possible) duplicate.

Note that I have functioned quite well as an experimental laboratory animal for projects including Transmission, Freenet, GPRename, and a few others. So I am happy to help as I can.

Wayland pukes and nearly dies while splattering applicatiuons across both monitors in wrong resolutions and apparently at random. So, using Kwin with X11

On primary monitor only: Plasmoid Media Frame, Change picture every 9.8s for 1st instance, 14.8s for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th instances. All are Fill mode: Preserve aspect fit, Pause on mouseover, Left click image opens in external viewer, half a dozen paths to stored localhost photos selected

This never happened with F25, and from what I have read it appears to be a regression because someone forgot to backport some fixes to the Radeon HD 7750/8740 / R7 250E.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
