When KShutdown is installed it appears in the system tray, left-clicking it opens up KShutdown and right-clicking it brings a menu, would this make sense for your workflow? Hi Felipe, thanks for the hint. The main point about my request was discoverability. So, since I already know KShutdown I can even find it with KRunner. I reconsidered my original request. Maybe the clock is not the best place but in the "Leave" panel from Kicker/Kicker next to the "Shutdown" item. Anyway, the use case is probably very rare, so I close this ticket. |
