In the first dialog that comes up when a new DAV groupware resource is created, the buttons 'Next' and 'Back' are always disabled, no matter whether I enter username and password or not. Strangely, hitting 'Cancel' takes me to the dialog where I can manually configure the resource. Previously there was a list from which I could select the server type to connect.

I figured out how to get past the first dialog: Enter the username, enter the password, go back to the username, add a space, et voila - the 'Next' button is enabled.
