Description PixelSushi 2017-11-30 00:41:56 UTC
No matter how many times I calibrate my tablet, when I try to sketch in krita the brush is off from where the stylus is touching the screen. This only happens in krita.

What operating system are you using? Which tablet are you using? What does you monitor setup look like? Have you checked the faq (https://docs.krita.org/KritaFAQ#Tablets) ?

Wacom Cintiq 13HD

Windows 7 on laptop

I have it set up with extended display. I've never had this issue with
Krita before

Try to reset the wacom settings. When I use my cintiq hybrid companion with my laptop, I have to do that regularly. Somehow they get corrupted quite easily. On my mobile studio pro, I have to do that almost every time I want to start drawing...

Didn't work; actual drawing point is still a cm off from stylus point

Maybe its the version of Krita? Do you think the portable version would
work better on laptop? There didn't seem to be a difference with my old
laptop though.

No, that wouldn't matter. It's the same application. But like I said, it's most likely a problem with the wacom tablet settings, not a bug in Krita. Offset issues are _always_ a problem with the tablet's driver settings.
