When I was reporting a KWin ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=387289 ) when drkonqi refused to report the issue with the following reason "received unexpected code error 32000 from bugzilla: Version value is not active".

I think that in such case drkonqi should select "unspecified" version

That is intentional. Developers can decide for which versions they want to get bug reports, and mark all others 'inactive'.

KWin has no 'unspecified' version entry, because its developer deleted it on purpose to not get bug reports without valid version information.
