In systemsettings I enabled "numlock at plasma start = enabled". This setting works, the numlock is active when KDE ist started. But the LED is not lighting. When press the Numlock-Key the first time the numlock becomes disabled and the LED is not lighting (this is correct). And a second press at the Numlock-Key enabled the Numlock again and this time the numlock-led is lighting. Then all further changes are correct. The LED is corresponding to the state of the numlock.

It seems that this was an issue ~ 7 years ago (Bug-ID: 256255) it was solved but now the symptom is recovered ;-)

Uups, sorry. Maybe this issue only occurs in combination with my KVM-Switch, but only since 42.3. With earlier versions this behavior was not visible at the same(!) hardware. This bug can be closed.
