- create a plot
- use the menu File -> Print Preview
- in the appearing print preview window use the rightmost button (shows a printer icon) to print

result: unexpectedly a window called "Export to PDF" appears

Probably just a missing plugin for Windows printer support. Can you try the latest package rc9?

Where can I find it? Here is still RC8:

In RC8 the bug is still there.
