craft libofx

installs version 0.9.10 of libofx. This version was released more than 3 years ago. Therefore upgrading to version 0.9.12 should be considered.

Craft is an open source project, contributions/pull requests are welcome.

I started using Craft 4 days ago thus I cannot contribute more than bug reports at the moment.
