I see that, but why do you think this is a bug in krita? Krita doesn't send any notifications. it does not happen with notifications from other programs. So what? Krita doesn't send notifications. This notification is sent by gnome to tell you that krita is finished starting up. The gnome shell selects and icon for it; if it selects one at the wrong size, or doesn't scale it, it's a shell bug.
