Hi Edward, I cannot reproduce a crash like that on my macbook pro. * Could you make a screencapture that shows exactly what you're doing? * Can you give us the specifications of your system? * What kind of image (size, color space, channel depth, number of layers) are you working on? Hi,
Krita 4 pre alpha
new document, landscape A4 300ppi, RGB/alpha, 16 bit integer, sRGB-elle-v2-g10.icc
paint something
Filter layer, HSV (don’t change anything), on close Krita quits.
let me know if you need more info. images and error report below. I can send you the bug report the system wants to send to apple, your email address did not want to accept it...
Greetings, Edward

Is that with the pre-alpha.2 we released yesterday, or the original one? Oh, and you can probably just paste the apple bug report as an additional comment in the bugs.kde.org web interface. it was the original alpha (didn’t know there was a new one and... i cannot find the new one). downloaded it from krita.org the web interface does not accept anything longer then 65535 chars, so did not work I put it in my dropbox, here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fi0c24k24z965n8/bugreport%20krita.rtf?dl=0 > On 8 Nov 2017, at 14:15, Boudewijn Rempt <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> wrote: > > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=386623 > > --- Comment #5 from Boudewijn Rempt <boud@valdyas.org> --- > Is that with the pre-alpha.2 we released yesterday, or the original one? We announced it yesterday :-) https://krita.org/en/item/4-0-development-update/ hmmm. when i download the new alpha, the file contains the old 332 version, not the v4alpha2….

Oh dear... I packaged from the wrong folder it seems. I've created a 2b dmg and uploaded it, and updated the announcement. I wonder how many OSX users I confused terminally! ok, tested the new version and it works!
Thanks for your time and thank you for all the work you do to get a working mac version!!!
