That's caused by having a local krita.xmlgui file; for newer builds that is circumenvented by having a krita.xmlgui for 3.3 and krita4.xmlgui for builds from the master branch. So where would it be? >cd ~ hostname:~ >find . -iname "krita.xmlgui" hostname:~ >find . -iname "*xmlgui" hostname:~ >cd .local/ hostname:~/.local >find . -iname "krita.xmlgui" it should be in .local/share/krita/ >cd .local/share/krita/ hostname:~/.local/share/krita >find . | grep xmlgui hostname:~/.local/share/krita > Nope. Anywhere else? Also, on my laptop, running OpenSuSE 42.2 the scripting submenu is not present - there are no gaps in the menu entries, but there is no submenu listing scripts. |
Created attachment 108660 [details] Some menus from Krita showing blank entries. When I run ./krita-4.0.0-pre-alpha-x86_64.appimage on my system (OpenSuSE leap 42.3), many menu items are blank. The whole of the scripting submenu does not show at all. Blank menu items seem to be connected to their associated code when clicked. Sample screenshot attached.
