How to reproduce: Go to System Settings > Keyboard Settings. Choose custom Delay and Rate values, apply. Click Defaults.
Expected behavior: Values jump back to some system defaults
What happens: Nothing.

Now move the values again to some other value, click "Defaults".
It jumps back to previous values, same as clicking "Reset".

Thanks for the report Jokubas. I've just tested this and System Settings now works to reset to default.

Cannot confirm as I'm not using this distro anymore
