When starting Kmail, the above error message comes up.
Problem: a resource with ID16 can not be identified! Where is this number coming from? Error message is cryptic and misleading, I have no idea what the problem could be. Please make this more end-user friendly!

Considering the fact that this bug was untouched for more than 3 years I feel it can safely be closed. I dont see it in 5.16.0
