Steps to reproduce:

* Suspend to RAM
* Resume from suspension
* Login to my Desktop
* "KWin: Desktop effects were restarted due to a graphics reset"

This was sometimes a case in Plasma 5.10 and is always the case since my update to 5.11.

That's not a crash. It's just that desktop effects were restarted.
