Hi,
i m french and if i select CTRL+M as shortcuts to launch an application it won't work because the system use the AZERTY keyboard to do shortcuts.
Sincerely

I can't reproduce this bug (Ctrl+M) with my AZERTY keyboard and using the git version of the new KCM but I tried adding CTRL+é as a shortcut and it didn't work so I think there are still bugs with other AZERTY keyboard.

That sounds like Bug 415995. Let's dupe it.
