When I launch an application from the icon-only taskbar, a duplicate of the application icon moves to the first empty place on the taskbar, shows the feedback effect and then disappears again. The original application icon on the taskbar shows correctly that the application is launched by adding an extra thick line under the icon. This behavior did not show up in plasma 5.10.
