if i create a new mail then i want to attach several vcards then i use a filter as for example "restaurant" then only restaurants with email address are suggested.

Could you explain me how to do it ?
In kaddressbook ? in kmail etc.

click on "new mail"

then
select menu "attach" then menu "attach" then option "attach vcards"
then
with a key word or not search a contact without mail address. you'll don't find it.

Ah ok we search only on tree item text => normal. It doesn't search on all attributes.
