When I first opened the program and used my first brush. It was a simple brush but it lagged. The brushes took a little bit to follow my stroke. I tried to find the online solutions (because I've seen someone any people have it running smoothly) but none have worked for me.

Are you sure you haven't enabled the stabilizer? Check docs.krita.org if you don't know what that is.

Hi Kathryn,

we would need some more information about this bug, Can you check if this is reproducible in the latest version of Krita.

For now i am closing this bug report, you can open it if you still have the issue.
