I forgot to mention, that there should be a dialog box which should ask for a username and password. But it does not display any popup, instead it tries to access the folder with the error. Did you update Samba (smbclient) to version 4.7? See bug 385708. Yes smbclient is at version 4.7 and I still have the bug with dolphin. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 385708 *** |
Created attachment 108228 [details] bug in dolphin Ive got this bug on a few of my machines. I can access a non-passworded samba share fine. But when trying to access a share that has a username/password on it it fails. With a warning about the file already existing. Attached screenshot of what happens
