The status of a message should be shown as read when this message is double clicked to open it. It stays in status unread.
Setting "Mark selected message as read after" is de-activated, because I find it illogical to suppose a message has been read by me, just because it was selected in the message list. Opening a message from the message ist by doubleclicking should change the status to read, regardless the setting "Mark select....."
