I am deeply sorry:
I have installed kdepimlibs-debuginfo and kontact-debuginfo,
the crash is reproducable, but all the information I get is
"Application: Kontact (kontact), signal: Segmentation fault"
under a headline saying the debug informations are useless.
Using gdb, gdb demands to install about a hundred debug libraries after having
cought the segfault.
"Thread 1 "kontact" received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x00007ffff545d634 in QSortFilterProxyModel::sibling(int, int, QModelIndex
const&) const () from /usr/lib64/libQt5Core.so.5
Missing separate debuginfos, use: zypper install Mesa-
debuginfo-17.0.5-176.1.x86_64 Mesa-libGL1-debuginfo-17.0.5-176.1.x86_64 ... "
I hesitate to do that as it will probably clutter my system.

Thanks, a single line from the backtrace was sufficient to find the duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 362579 *** |
