Playback doesn't play when you hit the spacebar but work with a spacebar and then mouse click.

I am not sure if this is a gimmick but it makes life difficult.

other playbacks seems to work just fine

This sounds like what I am experiencing as well. I already filed a bug for it (bug #384151). Can you check and see if this is the same thing you are running into?

This issue is solved with the latest Windows version 18.08.2 (30. Oct 2018)
