Official GNU Octave icon.

Dear maintainers,

The breeze and breeze-dark logos for GNU Octave look ugly, maybe due to some transformation process.

I prefer ours and if we should switch, it shouldn't use the official one as it is not good enough. If there is someone willing to provide an alternative that is entirely up to Andreas K if he wish to switch.
