Which list? Could you please be more detailed where you click to get this list? It could be in systemsettings5, in the Plasma widget, or even in an application that is not developed by KDE developers. If you can provide the information requested in comment #1, please add it. Just list in 'Advanced' -> Device Profiles Reassigning to plasma-pa developers for inspection. "Advanced" tab is in "kcmshell5 pulseaudio". This feels like it could be an issue either in our KCM/applet, or in the set of default modules loaded, or in PulseAudio itself. Does it still happen with Plasma 5.19?
