umbrello simply runs the following command khelpcenter help:/umbrello/index.html to open the online help It uses the following config from <install-root>/share/config/kelpcenterrc help:/umbrello/index.html] url=https://docs.kde.org/stable4/@Language@/kdesdk/umbrello/index.html I don't see where this could fail. Can you try the following steps ? 1. open command line in umbrello bin subdirectory 2. run the mentioned command It should open a browser with the mentioned link in which the @Language@ tag is replace with the recent os language.
