I don't get 100% cpu usage, but my cpu usage can be 2-3 times higher than with Firefox with the same page(s) open. This is with Falkon 3.0.0. I'm having about 15% of CPU utilization of QtWebEngineProcess i5-8250U and somehow sluggish and lagging input in https://translate.google.com page on Wayland falkon 3.0.99 Operating System: KDE neon Developer Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.53.0 Qt Version: 5.11.2 Kernel Version: 4.15.0-39-generic That should be reported to Qt / QtWebEngine bugtracker. |
