List of Articles.

Expected behaviour : Pressing up and down keyboard arrows goes up and down articles in the list.

Actual : Up and Down arrows don't do anything, you have to click each article you want to view.

Comments : Makes viewing many articles feel unnecessarily cumbersome. Thank you for your work.

Up and down scroll within the article. Use left/right to move between articles. This isn't expected for new users, but has been in Akregator and KMail since around 15 years. Once you get used to it, you appreciate that you do not have to always switch between the list and the article because both used the same keys to scroll.
