"Save As" via network (smb/sftp/fish) does not offer to save to CWD (current working directory) but jumps to $HOME ... this happened somewhere between OpenSuse13.2 and OS42.3

loosing this feature is a killer for developers (IMO)

reproduce:

in Kate open File that resides on remote-place (fish/smb) then "Save As"
