Description lnxusr 2017-09-01 17:05:31 UTC
The package history window in Muon Package Manager is great but there needs to be some way to select and copy the data. Knowing the location of the history file would be helpful in the meantime.

You can select a line in the history window and press Ctrl+C for Copy, that will copy the whole line to the clipboard.

The log files for the history are in /var/log/apt/history.log*

Muon is no longer maintained, please switch no a supported alternative like https://apps.kde.org/discover/ or the package manager native no your system.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Discover, at least for me, is for system updating only. I'll use Synaptic for manual package installations, since Muon is no longer maintained.
