Problems when filing the issue:

I don't know which component this is.
You ask me to choose of a list of ~500 components which I've mostly never heard of. Do you really want feedback?

I choose kde general, but I can only select versions up to 4.14. From all I can tell I use 5.10.4 or 17.4-1. No clue which version number you need/want.

Actual issue:

Due to removing a monitor and reconnecting a monitor (I have three) my desktop lost some of it's control panels. After readding the missing panel the ALT-F1 shortcut which used to open the application starter on my primary screen was not working. Ever since then I tried to reassign this shortcut, but I can't.

I can open the configuration of the application starter, shortcuts (in german "Kurzbefehle", not sure if I translated to english correctly) and pick one, I can pick any one I like, except ALT+F1. Which it used to have before.

What is this magic?
How can I get it to work again?
Why is ALT+F1 treated differently than any other combination?
