PowerDevil 5.10.5

Hi, its similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=381114

Only this time i can control it in Wayland session but can't in X11.

Works for me on X11. There's almost no information in this bug, so if you can reproduce it, please read https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/Bug_Reporting and then add enough information for us to triage it.
