is just a neon image as is?
it looks like a local system breakage as the parts in qml are taking the wrong style (they are using phase, not even breeze)

Is there a way to quickly dump custom theme settings? - I tried to re-apply Breeze Dark Look And Feel and Breeze Widget Style - but the buttons stay in the same theme.

do the colors stay that way even after a restart? it may be that they don't wotk to change theme on the fly
