With Kontact 5.5.2 delivered with OpenSuSE Leap 42.3 the following surprising behaviour occurs:
When composing a mail, clicking on spell check (Rechtschreibprüfung) and then on skip (Überspringen) the mail will immediately be sent.
I have added the german labels of buttons in braces as I am using the german localisation. I hope my guesses for the english labels are correct.
