This test now fails since 17.04 on KDE's own build.kde.org CI, KDE Neon's CI, and Ubuntu's autopackagetests at the very least.

Right, it's green in master. Probably needs a backport of f839f4fdaa096adb3011b3deac810a03e91560d0.

Fix a whole bunch of IncidenceFormatter unit tests

Still not perfect, but at least we can see actual breakage again.
