Kontact CLI trace - 2017-08-23

When Kontact is started via a bash CLI, the attached stdout and stderr output is generated.

In particular the following output is not expected:

 * 0xca83b8 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xd20ac8 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xad5270 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xd20778 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xb9cef8 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xad5428 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xbb48b8 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

 * 0xbe7db8 deleted without having been removed from the factory first. This will leak standalone popupmenus and could lead to crashes.

Which "factory"?

 * KDE or openSUSE?

Here, "factory" means KXMLGUIFactory, i.e. related to setup of the menus and toolbars.

this happens in the master branch as well.
