Usually we use the same set of certificates for typical tasks: task 1 - group 1, task 2 - group 2 etc

Could you, please, specify if it is possible to create groups and to use them while encryption not to waste time adding certificates one-by-one each time?

You can configure groups in GnuPG. Kleo does not handle them. But probably commandline is better suited anyhow.
