Yes, please consult the manual at https://docs.kde.org/stable4/en/extragear-office/kmymoney/details.currencies.html#details.currencies.newcurrency for deteails. Thanks, although I found it not very intuitive (click with the right button to open the context menu). It would be easier if there's a button to add a new currency. Solved anyway.
