This seems intentional (for some reason): from main.qml:192 z: 0 // Below windows and FrameSvg Great. I set z: 10 and everything is as I would expect. I pondered a bit but I can not image a reason why one wants unreadable text. If this change would introduce a regression in another usecase, then one has to use a case by case z value. Can one find out with git who coded the z:0? Or a review for the plasma team? Off topic 1: Nevertheless a big thx! I have a local solution that really helps to not stop using activities another time :-) Off topic 2: My favorite would be: A panel widget with 'tree dots + current activity name ellipsed' + popup with activity pager (much shorter move necessary for the mouse compared to the 'activity manager') sized like the window previous of task manager. Achim The names are supposed to be at the bottom so they don't obscure the windows. |
