Reproducing the bug:
1. Have two videos in two tracks, same start and length.
2. Apply Transform to those two videos
3. For each Transform, add a keyframe at the end, change the final X and Y values to animate the layer position.
4. Play. The top track animates, the bottom one is still. 

Disabling the top track, makes the bottom track animate. 

Moving the top video to the right (later in time) so it starts when the bottom video has already played 50% will make the bottom video reset it's animation when the top video starts animating.

Please try with the actual Kdenlive AppImage version 18.08.2
Run the Appimage from the terminal (press CTRL + ALT + T). Move to the AppImage folder and run the .AppImage: ./Kdenlive*.AppImage

Make sure you have on the begining a keyframe with another value as well. With only a keyframe on the end the clip doesn’t move.
