This window comes from kde-cli-tools (keditfiletype5 binary). It announces a desktop file of "org.kde.keditfiletype" but there is no such file, instead it is "filetypes.desktop" and not in applications but in /usr/share/kservices5 Probably needs a desktop file installed I can't reproduce this with Plasma 5.17. Can you confirm Patrick so we can close it. Still reproducible on my system. Created attachment 107323 [details] screenshot open dolphin, right click on any file/folder select "properties", click "File type options" button... wayland generic icon (see the screenshot). Click on any "Add" button... same thing. Close "Add" window, click on second tab, click on "Add" button... wrong icon again.
