Current situation if there are ongoing file operations:
1. Suspending current session causes WiFi to turn off - but session isn't suspending.
2. Restarting/shutting down causes waiting for 'Disk Manager' systemd service with count down for it.

Proposals for improvement:
If there are ongoing file operations and user wants to end/suspend his current session - display warning for him - similar to saving unsaved files in Kate/KDevelop before logging out, shutting down or restarting.
