Hello.
I installed KOrganizer 5.2.3 in Kubuntu 17.04.
For "Settings, Configure Coordinator, Time and Date"
Your own settings will not be saved.
After restart all settings are gone.

Fixed in 5.3.x
Please upgrade your version in some week we will release 5.6.0
