When the new sidebar view is used, if the result of a search matches only a top-level category (like "Multimedia") and not any submodule, an error is displayed for a keyword which matches a top level category, an error about "invalid configuration module" is shown.

How to reproduce: 
- set the sidebar view
- search for "Multimedia"
- click on "Multimedia"
(another reproducer: search for "Shutdown" and click on "Startup and Shutdown").

An error is shown in the main pane.
"The module ... is not a valid configuration module" and then
"The diagnosis is:"
"The desktop file settings-hardware-multimedia.desktop does not specify a library"
(or settings-workspace-session.desktop for Startup and Shutdown).


Reproduced on current git master.

Also works when searching for "Window Management" (since the Multimedia category is hidden by default as of Plasma 5.17 unless you have the optical disc KCMs installed)
