When hovering the toolbar and the menu bar, there are no visible hover element under Wayland.

The element under the mouse is correctly highlighted under X11 (button: different icon, menu item: highlight color).

Tested with under an updated dev-neon/wayland session from today (everything from current git master, including kubrick), running as docker container under Xephyr. Not tested on a real hardware.

Is this still reproducible with recent versions? Qt's wayland support improved with Qt 5.12.

This issue persists on neon unstable.
