Created attachment 106817 [details] Start screenshot tool action Can't call Spectacle in KDE Plasma 5.10 (latest Noon repo) by pressing Print key - only manually. You may see my settings in attachments. In global keys setting selected button "Вызвать" (Call) - has no effect - Spectacle is no being called.
