Description Rafael Linux User 2017-07-13 08:33:18 UTC
I was using my favourite file manager in OpenSUSE Tumbleweed to connect to ftp local servers without problems. We have a proxy to connect to internet, but we have proxy it excluded in proxy settings for ftp connections. As I said, all was working fine, till latest Tumbleweed updates. Now, ftp connections always try to use the proxy "The proxy type is invalid for this operation", so I'm using now alternatives as MC or FileZilla, but I want to use Krusader army knife tool.

I'm sure it's a KDE bug, cause not only Krusader, but Dolphin, Konqueror (and any other Qt based file manager) are unable now to connect to ftp. However Filezilla, Nautilus or even MC let me connect to ftp servers as always.

Please, could you give me any way to solve this problem and let me continue using Krusader?

Thank you
