Was "craft --destroy-craft-root" successful, did it print warnings? Your mingw-w64 installation seems broken, its reported to be installed, but gcc is only found in C:\mingw... . Please rerun "craft -i mingw-w64" and report its output. `craft --destroy-craft-root` completed without errors. I have attached the output, I tried that before creating the bug. I also tried another cycle of destroying the root and crafting Craft and KDevelop. Created attachment 106581 [details]

your download of R:\download\x86_64-7.1.0-release-posix-seh-rt_v5-rev0.7z is corrupted.
Please remove that file and "craft -I mingw-w64"
I'll later add checksums to prevent errors like this from happening again
