I believe that this is caused by missing flatpak as dependency. What is your exact build version? E.g is that plasma-discover-5.10.1-1.fc16? You can use "rpm -q plasma-discover" to get this. plasma-discover-5.10.1-1.fc26.x86_64 flatpack-4.0.1-4.fc26.noarch rpm -q flatpak flatpack-4.0.1-4.fc26.noarch Did I misread? package flatpak is not installed Apparently we have flatpack and flatpac. That will cause some confusion. So I can install flatpak but I've already gone ahead and installed Google Chrome browser manually. This machine is no longer a good test candidate. If it would help I can install KDE under virtualbox and test from there. Install "flatpak" and just open plasma-discover, it should now work just fine, without any crash. Yes, that worked. Thank you! Fixed in Fedora in newer build. |
